comfortable bed good shower
The beds are very comfortable, actually one could stay on them for days. The shower is also very fine. You can select all colors of the rainbow using the tablet to 'spice up' the experience. The rooms get cleaned every day. One can choose to do this less often though.
Unfortunately, there were no vegan options for breakfast. There was very little vegan food in general.

Modern Downtown Stay
technological integration amazing lighting automatic blinds
i appreciated the technological integration within the room. i could control everything via a tablet, including the amazing lighting settings. built-in chromecast on the tv was also a plus, automatic blinds helped a lot. the bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice.
i found the lack of on-site parking inconvenient. there were no vegan options for breakfast. these are things i hope the hotel management will solve.

The staff are helpful and cute always. The team delivered really good customer service. They were attentive and addressed requests promptly. this contributed positively to my stay. the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

blackout curtains efficient check-in metro station
the room had blackout curtains, great. check-in was efficient. the hotel is very close to grand central market and a metro station. this made exploring very easy.
i found the bath towels a little rough. they could be softer.

the room featured a king-size bed. blackout blinds helped me sleep well. an ipad controlled the tv, lights, and temperature. i found the self check-in and out convenient, and staff were available.
the pillows were too large for my liking.

automatic blinds comfy bed
The room had automatic blinds that worked very well. This ensured I slept soundly and the bed was comfy. I also found the built-in Chromecast in the TV very useful,. It worked perfectly. Everything in the room was operable with the tablet and this was convenient

the vibe and decor were acceptable
the room was too small not suitable for a couple the lights were also hard to adjust there was no soap or body wash provided only shampoo and conditioner i found this to be a major oversight
